Returns Policy

Tech 4 Drive makes every effort to ensure the right product is shipped to the Customer at the negotiated price. In case of any returns customer can raise an RMA request by agreeing to the terms and conditions below. This document explains our policies. Customer must note the difference between Business Customers and Consumers (see Terms below). Customer must also be aware that any discrepancies between orders and goods received must be flagged in within 2 days of receipt of the items.

  • "Business Customer" means a customer who representing an organization".
  • "Consumer" means an individual who is not acting on the part of a business or profession".
  • Cancellation Policy

    If a consumer or business account decides to cancel an online web order there will be no charge for unless we receive an email against any order carrying (order reference #) or PO number prior to shipping of items. In case of the item had been dispatched then customer are instructed not to open any packaging or seals once received. Customers must bear return shipping cost within 14 days of the goods received. Customer must also ensure all item is adequately re-packaged, preferably using the original outer packaging, else a re-stocking fee of 25% will be applicable. All retuning goods must be un-used in a re-saleable condition including all accessories, packing etc. within 14 days of the goods being signed for by the customer. As a pre-caution to avoid against loss or damage we advise to include insurance to the goods. Any loss or damage on returns shall not be accepted.

    Non-Faulty Returns Conditions

    In the event Tech 4 Drive under its discretion agrees to accept the return for credit of unwanted products then the goods must be returned with our prior written agreement within 14 days of delivery. All goods must be unopened with the manufacturers' seals intact and in perfect re-saleable condition. All non-faulty returns are liable to a 25% restocking fee unless incorrectly supplied by Tech 4 Drive Any incorrectly supplied items must be returned in their original condition or customer shall be subject to a re-stocking fee of 25%. Original condition means: accessories, manuals, software, and warranties must be enclosed in their original packaging undamaged. Securely re-package the goods in the same way received.

    Faulty Items under Warranty

    In case of encountering a fault, customers are advised to please raise an RMA request by agreeing to the terms and conditions below. Customers are required to mention the order number, purchase date and serial number of the faulty item. Once Tech 4 Drive has confirmed that the faulty product is still under warranty our engineers will try to resolve your problem over the phone or via remote access. If the problem persists then an RMA number shall be issued instructions to follow our standard RMA procedure. Once item returned HNA Technology Inc. will troubleshoot, test and try to fix the problem. If the item cannot be repaired HNA Technology Inc. will send out a replacement. Replacement hardware would be new or equivalent to new and be identical or equivalent specification also depending on availability.

    Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) Procedure

    • Please raise an RMA request by agreeing to the terms and conditions as listed below required for the return of all items to HNA Technology Inc. regardless of the reason for return.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition. All accessories, manuals, software and warranties must be enclosed in original packaging undamaged.
    • Upon receiving an RMA number, securely re-package the items similar to when received (ideally inside the original outer box). If the original box is marked or damaged in any way, a re-stocking fee of 25% will be applied.
    • Do not write directly on the original manufacturer box/packaging.
    • Ensure the package has the RMA number clearly visible on the outer box, else the package will not be accepted.

    • Once goods have been received and tested by us, we will return the replacement item to you within 10 days of receipt of the faulty item.
    • Please note that any discrepancies between your PO and the goods received must be flagged within two days of receipt of the items.
    • Goods Damaged in Transit:

      If goods are visibly damaged upon receipt by Customers, it is very important to sign for the goods as damaged on arrival with the courier and then contact us immediately at 1-925-515-5757.

      (If items were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within two working days of receipt)

      Tech 4 Drive reserves the right to charge 25% restocking fee if:

      There is any damage to the original packaging.

      There are missing components or accessories.
