The N2048 Layer 2 Rack Managed Switch belongs to the 48-port DELL N Series Switch, designed to modernize and scale your network infrastructure. The switch uses extensive enterprise-class Layer 2+ feature to deliver stable network architecture performance. The Dell Energy Efficient Network Adapter supports up to 48 line-rate GbE RJ-45 ports and two built-in 10Gb SFP+ ports.
Designed to help keep CTO low, the N2000 series switches can operate in temperatures up to 113°F (45°C) to help reduce cooling costs. This N2048 switch comes with 48 ports and IPv6 functionality to provide clean power to network devices such as wireless access points (APs), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), video conferencing systems and security cameras. The adapter has been fully tested and compatible with Dell EqualLogic PS Series storage arrays.
